Bonzai Cosmetics – Return Policy
Our Commitment
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read this policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any product purchased on bonzaicosmetics.com. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Initiating a Return
Contact our customer care team at contact@bonzaicosmetics.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed reason for the return
- Supporting photos if applicable
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/wrong item received. Please note that shipping delays caused by customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid grounds for a return.
Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a link to generate your Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bonzai will cover the return shipping costs via a voucher code provided during the return process. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for items of equal value only. Any price difference is the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs apply.
Non-Returnable Items
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Unused: The product must be in its original, untouched condition. Used items are not eligible for return.
- Undamaged: No signs of damage, unless the item was received in that condition.
- One-time exception: In some cases, Bonzai may ship a replacement without requiring the return of the original. If the replacement is also unsatisfactory, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund. This exception is granted once only.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and inventory costs. This fee may be waived if the item received is defective or if the wrong item was shipped and no replacement is available. Waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Bonzai Cosmetics reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
